Tribiotic should not be used to treat oozing wounds and severe burns (and this is how a jellyfish stinger burn should be treated if swelling and blisters have appeared).
The procedure includes washing the wound with cool water (cooling can be implemented a few hours after the event) and the use of hydrogel dressings, recommended for the treatment of burns:

The injured area should be protected against superinfection (strict hygiene rules should be followed when preparing the affected area). Symptoms such as itching and exudate can be alleviated with anti-allergic drugs. In the event of pain, you can use, for example, Paracetamol or Ibuprofen. Alarming symptoms such as shortness of breath, muscle cramps, fever or confusion are an indication for immediate medical consultation.
