Can you take Metypred and Frimig at the same time?

Good morning
Can I combine metypred with the migraine medication frimig 50mg? If so, what interval should be made between medications? I have to take from today 4 tablets of metypred 4mg at a time for 3 days later reduce the dose by 1 tablet. A total of 12 days of treatment. I woke up with a migraine and I don't know what to take first, frimig or metypred? Best regards.

The summary of product characteristics for Frimig does not indicate a risk of adverse reactions with concomitant treatment with Metypred. Treatment with steroids can cause an increase in blood pressure - in this situation, caution should be exercised when using an anti-migraine drug. Pressure monitoring during treatment is indicated.

The order in which you take the medication depends on your doctor's recommendations for taking Metypred. In the case of strictly defined times of use of Metypred, the steroid should be taken first.
