Can a dermatologist recommend taking Efracea 2 times a day when the leaflet says 1 x a day?

Hello
My dermatologist prescribed me Efracea 40 mg 2 times a day for 10 days, then 1 x a day for 8 days. The leaflet states the dosage once a day on an empty stomach. Unfortunately, I haven't contacted the doctor yet, and I don't know if she made a mistake. Please advise

Standard dosage of Efracea:

"The daily dose is 40 mg (1 capsule). The medicinal product can be used alone or in combination."

"The capsule should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or one hour before or two hours after a meal.
The capsule should be taken with sufficient water to minimize the risk of irritation and ulceration of the esophagus."

In some situations, your doctor may recommend a different dosage than the one indicated in the leaflet - usually you will be told about a different treatment strategy and will need to take the medicine according to the new procedure. If you are unsure whether the dosage is correct, you should discuss the details of the treatment with your doctor.
