Theoretically, Polprazole alone should not cause such side effects, while the use of all drugs is fraught with the risk of side effects.
The description may indicate the presence of gastric or duodenal ulcers. The pain that accompanies the disease is often diffuse/radiating to the area of the sternum, chest and shoulder blade. Consultation with a gastroenterologist and tests to assess the condition of the gastrointestinal tract (gastroscopy) are recommended. I encourage you to follow the dietary procedure dedicated to gastric ulcers - small, easily digestible meals several times a day, avoiding fried and spicy foods, non-carbonated drinks, limiting irritating products: coffee, tea, mint, sweets.
