If you take metformin, vitamin D3+K2 and magnesium bisglycinate daily, it is important to monitor possible interactions between these preparations and your health. Metformin can affect kidney function, so its use requires regular tests of kidney parameters.

Vitamin D3 in combination with K2 can be beneficial for the skeletal system, but in high doses you should pay attention to the level of calcium in the blood. Magnesium bisglycinate is generally well tolerated, but excessive magnesium intake can lead to digestive upset.
