Today I started with a new plister of the QLaira and I lost the pill for day 1. I have now started with another Plister.
But what do I do next month when it's the turn of the opened plister? I'm missing the pill (a yellow one) for day 1 and therefore I can't take it afterwards.
Should I sit out the first day?
