Can I take the tablets together Metypred and nasal spray Momester?

Combining Metypred tablets and Momester nasal spray.
My doctor prescribed me 8mg x 10days then 4mg x 10days Metypred for this Momester 2 doses per nostril. I don't know the diagnosis, is this connection safe?
