Can I have shortness of breath and low blood pressure while using Berodual N?

Hello, why do I get shortness of breath, low blood pressure and phlegm when coughing when I use Berodual Spray (right after 5 seconds). Thank you very much

Berodual N aerosol contains two active substances, fenoterol and ipratropium bromide, which have a bronchodilator effect.
Uncommon adverse reactions such as bronchospasm, paradoxical bronchospasm, dyspnoea and rarely decreased diastolic blood pressure have been reported with Berodual. If the described symptoms are worrying, do not go away and intensify, they should be reported to the doctor.
