Klabax tablets in a dose of 250 mg are currently available in 19% of pharmacies integrated with the Gdziepolek portal. In the following link, after choosing the right dose, you can check its availability and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:

On the product page above, you can also check the availability of substitutes for the medication you are looking for, which you can get in exchange for Klabax if it is not available in any of the pharmacies near your place.
If, on the other hand, the 250 mg dose is not available in your area and you cannot drive to a pharmacy further away, you may want to consider giving your child half a tablet of 500 mg of Klabax (its availability in pharmacies is slightly higher). According to the manufacturer's information, a 500 mg tablet can be divided into equal doses, for this purpose the graduation on the tablet is helpful. Please note that if you have a prescription for a dose of 250 mg, you will not receive a higher dose for it - you will need to consult your doctor again and write a new prescription.
