Can I combine Mounjaro and Distreptase suppositories for endometritis?

Hello, I've been on mounjaro 5mg for 2 months now. Recently, during intercourse, I got a terrible pain in my lower abdomen. The gynaecologist diagnosed inflammation of the uterine mucosa. He said it was swollen. I am a year after giving birth and have prescribed me DISTREPTASE suppositories. Can I combine these two drugs? I'm panicking a bit.

Yes, you can combine Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Distreptase, especially if you are using the medication as directed by your doctor. These drugs act on different mechanisms – Mounjaro on glucose metabolism, and Distreptase locally on inflammation.

However, it is important to inform your doctor about all the medications you are taking to rule out possible contraindications or unusual reactions.
