Yes, gabapentin (an anticonvulsant) can be combined with asentra (an SSRI sertraline), but this requires medical supervision. There may be an increased risk of side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness or impaired concentration. Your doctor should adjust your doses and monitor you, especially at the start of treatment or when changing doses.
