Vaginitis has not been reported with Ryeqo so far. One of the components of the drug (relugolix) reduces the synthesis of natural estrogen and progesterone. The addition of estradiol and norethisterone (the other components of the drug) maintains hormonal balance at a level similar to the beginning of the menstrual cycle.
