To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, it is important to take medication at appropriate intervals. Letrox (thyroid hormone) is best taken on an empty stomach, at least 30-60 minutes before a meal, and Osteogenon – during or just after a meal. Actelsar (a high blood pressure medicine) can be taken at any time of the day, but preferably at a fixed time. It is usually recommended that there be at least 4 hours between taking Letrox and Osteogenon to avoid potential interactions.
