Both Majamil PPH and Majamil prolongatum contain diclofenac, a substance with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. They can be used to treat inflammation and to relieve pain, which can be important in the case of ovarian cysts.
In the case of concomitant use, it is possible to overdose, i.e. taking a higher dose of the substance than appropriate for the health condition, weight and age of a given person. I encourage you to consult your doctor again to determine whether both drugs are to be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change the dosage.
