Can the occurrence of back pain be related to the use of the drug? Suliqua?
My husband has been taking additional insulin sulikwa for two weeks and has severe pain in the lumbar spine, it was not there before, he takes liprolog three times a day. Is it related to this new insulin?

To date, no side effects related to back pain have been reported with Suliqua.
However, the authors of some scientific studies suggest that people suffering from diabetes are more likely to have damage to the structure of the intervertebral discs (discs), as a result of which they become less flexible and distribute energy poorly, which increases the risk of back pain (mainly in the lumbar region).
It is best to consult the occurrence of back pain with a doctor who will assess what is causing it and what steps to take to alleviate it.
