Euthyrox should be taken on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast. Sorbifer can be taken, for example, in the evening. The time of day of taking Alfadiol, Kalipoz, Pueri Duo and Calperos does not matter.
It should not be combined during one administration of magnesium, calcium and iron. Therefore, you can take magnesium after breakfast, for example, and calcium (Calperos) during a meal in the middle of the day. Pueria Duo can be used, for example, after breakfast or after dinner.
