Can soy preparations be used to relieve hot flashes during Tamoxifen treatment?

Can I take soy preparations to relieve the symptoms of hot flashes during treatment with tamoxifen? The oncologist told me today that I can. But everywhere they write that you shouldn't take anything that contains phytoestrogens. Or is it better to take Jasnum?

Tamoxifen acts as an estrogen antagonist, and soy preparations contain phytoestrogens that can affect the effects of the drug, so it is recommended to avoid them.

Although some sources suggest avoiding phytoestrogens, such as those in soy preparations, as they can potentially weaken the effects of Tamoxifen, some oncologists may allow their use to relieve menopausal symptoms. However, it's a good idea to consult with your doctor before starting any supplementation to assess the benefits and risks, as well as to consider alternatives.
