The dosage of Augmentin PPH Extra (amoxicillin + clavulan) 12.5 ml 2 times a day is appropriately selected according to the child's body weight.

The recommended dose of Auglavin PPH Extra is (90 + 6.4 mg)/kg body weight per day in two divided doses. This means that the appropriate dose for a child weighing 34 kg is 3060 + 217.6 mg of amoxicillin and clavulan per day. There are 1500 + 107.25 mg of amoxicillin and clavulate in 12.5 ml of suspension. If this amount of suspension is administered twice a day, the daily dose is the same as recommended.
