Good evening I would like to know if I can take Zontax with Brintellix or if it is risky for serotonin syndrome. Should I take Zontax for nausea from Metrotexato. Thank you. Rossella

Combining Zontax (ondansetron) with Brintellix (vortioxetine) is usually safe because Zontax does not significantly increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. It can be used for nausea caused by Methotrexate, but it's worth taking a cautious look and watch for possible symptoms such as restlessness, tremors, or an increased heart rate. If you have any doubts or any worrying symptoms, please consult your doctor.
