If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor, you can use them at the same time as prescribed, especially remembering to measure your blood pressure regularly. However, if Cardura and Erlis have been prescribed by different specialists who did not have information about other medicines you are using, you should consult your doctor about their simultaneous use. Dosage modification or change of current therapy may be necessary.

Concomitant use of these drugs may increase the risk of hypotension, especially with high doses of tadalafil (Erlis). This condition can result, for example, in dizziness, significant weakness, fainting. It is very important to follow the dosage recommendations obtained from your doctor. It is recommended that you take at least a 6-hour break before taking doxazosin (Cardura).
