I suffer from FBSS pain after unsuccessful spinal surgeries for systemic lupus. I was given Melodyn patches from the doctor for pain - I should start with 1/2 of the 37.5 patch. I'm 70 years old, unbearable pain. I'm afraid of these patches because for 30 years I've been taking a drug for depression 1 tabl 25 mg Doxepin, for Lupus Plaquenil. Can I safely use Melodon with these medications I need to take.??
