Trittico XR (or trazodone) and pregabalin are drugs that are often used to treat anxiety disorders, depression and sleep disorders. The combined use of these drugs is acceptable, but requires caution and close medical supervision, as their sedative effects and potential side effects (e.g. sedation, fatigue) may be worsened.

- monitor the symptoms and if you observe disturbing changes, report them to the doctor,

- avoid alcohol, which can increase the sedative effect of both drugs,

- take care of your lifestyle - regular exercise, a healthy diet and relaxation techniques can support treatment and reduce the risk of side effects.
