Is Olfen Uno 150 and paracetamol enough for sciatica or do you need additional medication?
Hello, I was prescribed olfen Uno 150 for sciatica, I am just wondering if this is enough for this terrible pain to go away, or if there are any other pills needed for this, I will add that I prefer pills like injections, so my question in addition to what else do I take, recommended from the doctor, is four times two fifty hundred paracetamol

Olfen Uno 150 (diclofenac) and paracetamol can effectively relieve pain associated with sciatica, especially in the acute phase, but treatment should be tailored to the severity of the symptoms.
If the pain is very severe, your doctor may consider adding muscle relaxants (e.g. tolperisone) or other painkillers. It is also important to complement the therapy with physiotherapy, appropriate exercises and possible diagnostics of the causes of sciatica.
