Good morning.
I am in the first trimester of pregnancy and I have used Retimax ointment (only three times a thin layer for chapped lips), is there a possibility that I have exceeded the permitted vitamin A standard? Before, I didn't know anything that you can't get pregnant and now I feel remorse.

From your description, it appears that the safe standard of vitamin A (retinol) should not be exceeded.
Applying the ointment to a small area of skin (in this case, the lips) means that the absorption of the vitamin into the bloodstream is very limited. Vitamin A in the form of an ointment does not penetrate the body in significant amounts. In addition, infrequent use (only 3 times) further minimizes possible risks.
The daily dose of vitamin A in pregnant women should not exceed 10,000 IU (i.e. about 3 mg). Ointments such as Retimax contain vitamin A in much smaller amounts.
In conclusion, there is no reason to be overly stressed. However, please avoid further use of retinol products during pregnancy. It will be better to choose something neutral, such as lanolin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/109514/ziaja-lanolina-kosmetyczna-masc/apteki
