What to do if I suspect that the suspension Debridat has a quality defect?

Hello. Prescribed Debridat to my child. After adding water to the granules and shaking it carefully, the suspension seems to be weighed...? Is this what it should look like?

Debridat, once prepared, should be in the form of a homogeneous suspension. The granules contain an orange fragrance and an addition of orange yellow. The suspension should take on a yellowish-orange colour.

If you have any doubts about the quality of the suspension you have received, I encourage you to consult the pharmacy where you purchased the drug in order to report a suspected quality defect.

You can also inform the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, as well as send a notification to the Entity Responsible for the manufacture of a given drug.

The Responsible Entity for the manufacture of Debridat is Pfizer Europe MA EEIG, Boulevard de la Plaine 17, 1050 Bruxelles, Belgium.

I have attached a link to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
