If you have followed all the steps according to the manufacturer's instructions and it has not brought any results, the next dose should be administered using a new pen, and the current dose should be disposed of in the manner indicated at the local sanitary and epidemiological station or commune office. These facilities will indicate a special point of selective collection of municipal waste (the so-called PSZOK) located in the commune.

I have the same problem with the last dose from the pen. The only option is to take it into the insulin department. A strange situation and the manufacturer should do something about it.

The rubber plug should be re-pierced. It may become clogged and therefore you cannot inject the preparation. Maybe it will help?
