Levofoxacin is a chemotherapeutic agent with antibacterial properties. The drug is used in the treatment of diseases caused by bacteria (e.g. acute bacterial sinusitis, acute aggravation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (including bronchitis), community-acquired pneumonia, complicated skin and soft tissue infections, uncomplicated urinary tract infections).
The preparation does not have an analgesic or anti-inflammatory effect. It is not intended for the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
