What side effects may occur after using the drug Coaxil?
What kind of side effects can come from this medicine ? I have had on and off hot flashes , feeling of emotional detachment , dry mouth , dizziness, feeling paranoid and angry . I am only using 12.5mg two times per day and after two weeks I think I am feeling worse

Common side effects of Coaxil (affecting ≥1/100 to <1/10 of users) include anorexia, nightmares, insomnia or excessive sleepiness, dizziness, headache, fainting, muscle tremors, tachycardia, chest pain, flushing, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, constipation, flatulence, muscle pain, lumbar pain, weakness and a feeling of tightness in the throat.
Uncommon side effects (occurring in ≥1/1,000 to <1/100 patients) include drug abuse and dependence, rash, itching and hives.
The symptoms you mentioned (hot flashes, dry mouth, dizziness) may be side effects of the drug. Observed adverse reactions should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further therapy.
