Should I continue to give Ismigen if my daughter has diarrhoea?

Today is the 2nd day of giving the Ismigen tab. My daughter got diarrhea. This is not shown as a side effect in the leaflet. Should I continue to take the medicine? There were many diarrhoea. Thank you for reply
