I have had red spots on my face for two weeks, especially around the eyes and on my nose, could they be caused by the use of Pronasal drops, or could it be an allergy to cosmetics?

Good morning. I have been using Pronasal drops for almost a year. I have sick sinuses and polyps, but for two weeks I have noticed red spots on my face, especially around the eyes, now in addition to the eyes, a red nose has been added. I have a question, could it be the use of drops, or maybe it's some kind of allergy to cosmetics?

Red spots on the face, especially around the eyes and nose, can be a symptom of an allergic reaction, which is possible both when using Pronasal drops and using cosmetics.

Pronasal, which contains mometasone, may cause side effects such as irritation and burning of the nose.

I would recommend that you stop using the drops and consult your doctor to determine the cause of these symptoms. The specialist may recommend appropriate tests and possibly change the treatment or indicate alternative preparations for nose and skin care.
