Hello, is it possible to have a strong stinging in the stomach when using Heparegen? It is such a pain that it is hard to stand, you have to lie down, after some time it passes. Or maybe it's the pancreas? Earlier, before taking the drug, I also had such problems, but now they have intensified. I take it with Cyclosporine, of course not all at once, but separately.

The occurrence of pain and stinging in the stomach while taking Heparegen should be consulted with the attending physician. Adverse reactions reported so far include nausea and skin reactions, m.in. No other disorders have been reported.
If you are unable to visit us in person, I encourage you to use the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Perhaps the described sensations are related to the cyclosporine drug used, which can cause, for example, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea. The assessment of the pain can only be made by a doctor during a consultation.
I encourage you to report adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

I have attached a link to check the availability of Heparegen and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
