I'm pregnant. A urine test showed that they were
Squamous epitheliums – quite numerous Bacteria – quite numerous Amorphous phosphates – very numerous.
And in the culture that no microorganisms were grown above >10^3

Multiple squamous epithelium usually indicates the presence of inflammation in the lower urinary tract.
Assessing the presence of phosphate can be a bit more difficult, as the interpretation of the result also depends on other factors (as a rule, the urine of pregnant women may have a slightly different composition due to the processes that occur during fetal development). The presence of numerous phosphates in combination with bacteria may indicate an existing infection or developing urolithiasis. Phosphates (by themselves) do not necessarily indicate pathologies within the urinary tract or kidneys.
The presence of bacteria in the urine may indicate that the sample was infected during collection and that bacteria multiplied in the period preceding the analysis. A culture test is performed to assess urinary tract infection, where a positive culture result is described for ≥10^5 CFU/ml.
The final assessment of the situation may require: consultation with a doctor, repetition of tests and - possibly - extension of diagnostics.
