Contraindications to the use of Texibax include:
- allergy to esomeprazole or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
- allergy to other proton pump inhibitors (e.g. pantoprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, omeprazole),
- you are taking a medicine containing nelfinavir (used to treat HIV infection).
Pancreatic diseases are not absolute contraindications to the use of the drug. If you have pancreatic diseases, you should inform your attending physician.
