Oregasept should be used after appropriate dilution. The manufacturer recommends diluting 4 drops in about 1/3 glass of water, juice or tea, i.e. in about 80 ml of liquid, 2 to 3 times a day. I see no obstacles to diluting the preparation in olive oil, but diluting 4 drops in a tablespoon (about 15 ml) may not be sufficient. A higher concentration of the oil can cause unpleasant ailments such as throat irritation and burning.
