Usually, it is not recommended to use two gynaecological preparations at the same time. In practice, usually an antibacterial drug with an antibiotic is used at the beginning, and after the end of treatment, the use of a preparation that restores the bacterial microflora of the vagina, such as Gynoflor, is started.
