The delay in menstruation is 7 days, but the test is negative - can I still be pregnant?

Boosting required

Good morning, I have a delay in my menstruation of 7 days, 11 days it hurts in my lower abdomen and lower back, on day 6 of the delay there was a pale pink discharge and this morning I did a pregnancy test and it was negative, also today the discharge was brown but in a very small amount, 16 days ago with my partner we had petting, he was without a condom, I'm worried that there may have been a preejaculate, is the pregnancy test reliable and I'm not pregnant?

Good morning, today I did a morning urine test 10 days after intercourse to see if it is reliable
There is no trace of the second line. Since Saturday I have pain in the lower abdomen, sometimes quite strongly. Can I be pregnant despite a negative test

A pregnancy test performed after the planned menstrual period shows a reliable result (especially if you used a morning urine sample). For fertilization to occur, sperm must be introduced into the woman's genital tract. The description does not indicate that this is the case. Menstrual disorders may result from reasons other than pregnancy (e.g. hyperprolactinemia, stress, intense training, restrictive diet, travel, etc.). Consultation with a gynaecologist is recommended to determine the cause of the problem.
