Of course, I understand that in such a situation it is easy to miss something, especially when you do not feel well. Sumamed (azithromycin) continues to work for a few days after the last dose, but once you have finished taking the antibiotic, you can safely go back to taking Myrtor (mirtazapine).

However, if you have doubts or notice any worrying symptoms, consult your doctor again. If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

Unfortunately, he didn't ask and I felt so bad that I forgot to mention.when I came back home, I took an antibiotic and I didn't just take myrtle for those 3 days when I was taking summamed. And I wonder if I can go back to taking myrtorium?

So the doctor recommended the Sumamed treatment, knowing that you were using Mirtor (he determined that given your health condition, such a combination does not pose a threat and warned you about possible side effects and how to behave then)?

Mirtor is used every day, so you must have taken it during the Sumamed treatment as well. If you have been taking the medication all the time, I see no contraindications to continue. Discontinuation of the drug could be considered if side effects occurred, such as weakness or chest pain. However, you should then see your attending physician.

I understand that you are just about to start treatment with Mirtor?

In this case, it may be advisable to wait (except if your doctor told you to start taking Mirtor straight away) because taking Mirtor shortly after Sumamed may cause side effects such as heart rhythm problems, weakness and chest pain. It has been found that the therapeutic concentration (i.e. quite high) of azithromycin (the active ingredient in Sumamed) in tissues continues for about 5-7 days after the last oral dose, while complete elimination of the drug may take up to about 17 days.
