Whether Solifenacin Teva combined with Ialuril will help fight chronic urinary tract inflammation caused by Escherichia coli?

My 84-year-old mother is taking Solifenacin TEVA 10 mg combined with Ialuril soft gel to try to fight an inflammation of the urinary tract (Escherichia coli) resulting in chronic cystitis that she has had for more than a year.
She is very sick, I am desperate I don't know if this further treatment undertaken will have calming effects. I would like to have advice and moral help. Thank you

Solifenacin and Ialuril can provide relief from symptoms of an overactive bladder and help regenerate the mucosa, but they are not effective against bacterial infections caused by Escherichia coli.

Please consult your urologist or family doctor to confirm a bacterial infection. In such a case, it may be necessary to implement antibiotics.
