There is no substance that lowers tryptophan levels.
You should take care of a lower supply of products rich in tryptophan in your daily diet. Give up poultry meat, bananas, chocolate, prunes, soybeans, pumpkin seeds, fish, cheese or cow's milk.
An increased supply of fluids is also important - at least 2 liters of water a day.
If changes in your daily diet alone do not bring the expected results, you should consult a doctor. Then the specialist will advise you on how to fight the effects of excess tryptophan – he will apply symptomatic treatment, depending on the accompanying symptoms.
