Respero Myrtol, Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) and Metmin nasal spray (e.g. containing xylometazoline) are medicines used to treat the symptoms of colds and upper respiratory tract infections. Respero Myrtol acts as an expectorant, while Sudafed and Metmin are medications that decongest the blood vessels in the nose and reduce swelling of the mucous membrane.

There are no direct interactions between these drugs, but the use of several drugs at the same time, especially decongestants, can lead to side effects such as increased blood pressure or an increased risk of dry mucosa. Be careful, and if in any doubt, consult your doctor to make sure you do not experience adverse effects.
