Yes, Dalacin (Clindamycin) can cause a bitter taste in the mouth. This is one of the possible side effects of using this antibiotic. A bitter aftertaste may occur especially after taking a dose and may persist for some time. If you feel too much discomfort or other worrying symptoms, you should consult your doctor.
