Hello, the only medication that helped against my lumbar vertebrae pain was Rantudil. But then I get cardiac arrhythmias. Is there an adequate substitute for this drug?

Rantudil is a medicine that can only be obtained with a prescription. If you have experienced heart side effects while taking it, you should not re-enter it into therapy, as they are likely to occur again. I recommend consulting a doctor who, having full information about your health, medications used and test results, will choose a drug with a different painkiller that you will tolerate better. Here you can take advantage of the teleconsultation, it takes place in Polish:

Observed side effects should be reported not only to the doctor, but also to the individual. We wrote about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
