Good morning. I have been taking rybelsus first for 3 months with a dose of 3 mg, now for 4 months with a dose of 7 mg. I have already lost 22 kg. My spine started to hurt a lot, I have a standing and walking job. Is it possible that this pain is caused by rybelsus? Best regards.

Among the side effects of Rybelsus, no back/back pain was observed. There are many causes of back pain, such as degenerative changes in the vertebrae, inflammatory changes in the spine, posture defects, injuries, sciatica, as well as various disease entities, e.g. pancreatitis, cholecystitis, pyelonephritis, long-term stress. I recommend consulting a doctor who, having full information about your health and test results, will help you determine the cause of your pain.
