The summary of product characteristics for Epclusa does not indicate a risk of interaction with Cetirizine. In patients with chronic liver disease, the metabolism of Cetirizine is prolonged by 50%. In case of concomitant kidney problems, the dosage should be modified (take the medicine less frequently than indicated in the leaflet).
