If the blister fell into hot water, will the effectiveness of the drug be maintained?

Good evening, by mistake I dropped the blister in the hot water and the package was ruined, can I rest assured about the tablets or could they lose their effectiveness?

Placing the blister in hot water may have damaged the medicine and its effectiveness will not be maintained.
If the drug was even for a moment at a temperature much higher than recommended by the manufacturer, it should be disposed of and a new blister should be used.
