Could fever be a side effect of Saxenda? At night there was terrible diarrhea, shaking, dizziness. And now it has passed, but there is a temperature. I don't understand if it's some kind of virus or because of Saxenda.
If there may be a fever side effect with Saxenda injections, what to do in this case

Diarrhoea is a very common side effect of Saxenda, but in this case it is difficult to assess the reason for the observed ailments. An elevated temperature may indicate a viral/bacterial infection. If similar problems occur after the next administration of Saxenda, you should consult a doctor. Until the symptoms subside, an easily digestible diet, probiotics, electrolytes and antipyretics (in the case of temperatures above 38 degrees) should be implemented. Severe abdominal pain during the use of Saxenda is an indication for urgent medical consultation.
