Can I take Solpadeine while on treatment with Klabion?

Can I take Solpadeine during treatment with Klabion? I suffer from headaches, and this is the only medicine that helps me.

There are reports indicating the risk of excessive strain on the liver during simultaneous treatment with Klabax and Paracetamol (Solpadeine's ingredient). Caution and use of the lowest dose of Solpadeine is indicated.
