Why did Klabax, a drug imported from India, cause me hallucinations and worsen bronchitis?

After taking Klabaks, I had hallucinations.
Why are the tested drugs imported to Polish from India, and from there is Klabax? My bronchitis after the drug got worse.

Thank you for sharing your case. Klabax (clarithromycin) is an antibiotic widely used in the world, including Poland, regardless of the country of production, and its composition and action are strictly controlled in accordance with European and Polish standards.

However, clarithromycin, like any drug, can cause side effects, sometimes including hallucinations or other neurological symptoms, especially in sensitive individuals. If you notice a deterioration in your health after taking the drug, you should consult your doctor to choose an alternative treatment and report side effects.

I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse effect of the preparation.
