What can it mean that despite the fact that I take contraception after the end of my period, I still have lower abdominal pain like when I have my period? I've never had this before and I'm very stressed because recently I got scared seeing this preejaculate during intercourse, but supposedly during contraception it's not very possible for anything to happen :/

Lower abdominal pain may be related to the body getting used to the supply of hormones. This does not mean, however, that contraception does not work. If you use the tablets regularly and do not take any other medications that may affect the effectiveness of the patches, you are protected and there is no need to worry.
Usually, these types of side effects last up to 3 months, then they ease or disappear completely.
