A glucometer can be obtained at a diabetes clinic, primary care facility or pharmacy. At the pharmacy, you can get a glucometer free of charge when you buy strips from a given company. Unfortunately, I am not able to indicate your pharmacy that could have the glucometer you are looking for. The only thing left is to approach/call the selected facilities to ask if they have it in stock. It may be helpful to contact the manufacturer (manufacturer's website: www.accu-chek.pl). The hotline is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In addition, on the above-mentioned website, the manufacturer allows individual patients to order a glucometer, but you have to pay for it (PLN 98-118 depending on the model).
